SV Series
The SV Series 3-Axis CAT 40 machining centers offers bang for your buck. Travels range from 23.5” to 51” in X, 8,000 or 12,000 RPM spindle options and powered by the Fanuc 0iMF Control. The price tag doesn’t reflect the quality of build these CNC Mills have.
SM Series
The SM Series offers a wide range of X-Travel on Box Ways, from 39” to 82” in X-Axis. The spindles options include a 40 or 50 taper with direct drive or geared head to handle anything that comes through the shop door.
NV Series
The NV Series offers a 12,000 RPM Spindle that travels in the Y- and Z-Axis offering improved accuracy and machining quality. The table travels along the slant bed X-Axis allowing superior chip evacuation.
SMART Bridge Mills
Three axis bridgemills in Cat 40 and Cat 50 spindle options with large X and Y travels available. Powered by Fanuc controls, motors, and drives; these machines are built for machining large work pieces.
SX Series
The SX Series features the strongest structural rigidity in its class with 15.7” pallets, 2,480 ipm rapids, and the Fanuc 31iB control. Speed, rigidity, and production comes to mind with this horizontal machining center.
NX Series
The NX Series box in box design is built for production! With two size options, 19.7” and 24.8” pallets, 2,362 ipm rapids, and 12,000 RPM CAT 50 Spindle; these machines will increase production in the shop.
HB Series
Best value in the horizontal boring mill game, with spindles sizes ranging from 4.3” to 5.9” and a X-Travel ranging from 63” to 196”. There no boring mill job too large for the HNK HB Series!
KM & KT Series
The KM Series high speed drill/tap machining centers offer a 40 taper spindle in 8,000 and 12,000 options with quick tool changes. Dual tables on the KM 450D and dual heads with the KM 450DH are available.
