2-Axis Turning Centers
The NL series of CNC turning centers offers 6" - 24" chuck models with bed lengths exceeding 100" between centers. These machines have a gear driven spindle and box ways, creating a rigid and powerful turning center. The NL series lathes are equipped with Fanuc Oi-TF controls and reliable Fanuc drives and motors.
This dual spindle, dual turret CNC lathe is engineered for performance, built fully automated with high-speed gantry robot. Compact in size, the machine is designed to be highly rigid and accurate. The CSD 300II has dual robot gantry for high speed and high production. Designed to reduce cycle times for your applications.
3-Axis Turning Centers
The NL 3 axis series of CNC turning centers range from 6" - 24" chuck models with bed lengths exceeding 100" between centers. These machines have a live turret along with a gear driven spindle and box ways, creating a rigid and powerful turning center with milling capabilities. The Live Turret on the 3-axis series give you the advantage of decreasing cycle times due to the ability of turning, milling, drilling, and finishing all in one set up. The NL series lathes are equipped with Fanuc Oi-TF controls and reliable Fanuc drives and motors.
Multi-Axis Turning Centers
The Y axis series of lathes by Smart give you the advantage needed to increase production and decrease cycle time. Choose from 6", 8", 10" chuck option with Y axis/sub spindles. 18” and 21” chuck models with programmable tailstocks are offered as well. If increasing production and reducing cycle time/set up is important to you, the NL multi axis series is for you. These machines are equipped with the Fanuc Oi-TF controls, motors, and drives.
The Latest and Biggest Innovation in Automation from Fuji. Inspired by your need for flexibility and Fuji legendary automation, the Gyroflex offers the size, rigidity, and productivity necessary to handle simple to complex work pieces. The Gyroflex features a built-in FUJI LX-40 3-axis gantry robot, dual opposed main spindles, and a milling B Axis 12000 RPM Spindle. The Gyroflex is exceptionally rigid, productive, and flexible allowing the ability to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
Vertical Turning Centers

The Vertical Turning Center offering has a wide range of ram style models from 40" - 400" chuck diameters in standard 2-axis and live tooling versions. HNK also utilizes the reliability provided by Fanuc controls & drives.
